Each class utilizes deductive blind tasting to help us better understand varieties from around the world.

This class is taught by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, owner of Frasca Food and Wine. His passion for the Italian frascas in Friuli-Venezia Giulia inspired him to open the restaurant in 2004. Before opening Frasca Food and Wine, Bobby worked at the Little Nell in Aspen and The French Laundry in Yountville. Please note that this class will be filmed.
