Bob is one of 120 Master Bladesmiths in the United States and his knives are some of the most sought after in the industry. Getting your hands on a Kramer Knife is a feat in itself. Luckily for us, he’s making a trip to New York and stopping by the Colab to share some of his vast knife knowledge with our community.
During this class, Bob will discuss different blade constructions, the pros and cons of carbon versus stainless steel, and, of course, how to sharpen and maintain your knives.
