Introduction to Whiskey | Dan Greenbaum

This class will be taught by Dan Greenbaum. Dan is a bartender and lover of fermented and distilled things. He currently works behind the bar at Attaboy, was recently owner/bar manager of the Beagle and helped open the John Dory Oyster Bar before that.

Dan is geeky about cocktails and the ingredients that go into them. A few of the things he likes to talk about, teach and drink are Sherry, Whisky and Mezcal. A graduate of the B.A.R 5 day program, he enjoys traveling to visit distilleries, breweries and wineries in order to taste and learn more. His drinks have been featured in the New York Times, GQ, Esquire, Imbibe and various other publications.
