Introduction to German Riesling | Raj Vaidya

With the help of dozens of the world’s leading sommeliers and industry pros, we’re knocking wine off its pedestal. Each class utilizes deductive blind tasting to help us better understand varieties from around the world.

This class will be taught by Raj Vaidya, Head Sommelier of Restaurant Daniel, where he oversees a program of over 2000 labels. Raj has worked at top restaurants around the country including Gary Danko, Seeger’s, Per Se, and Cru.
