Each class utilizes deductive blind tasting to help us better understand varieties from around the world.
This class will be taught by Daniel Johnnes, one of the most highly respected sommeliers in the business. Daniel spent twenty years as the Wine Director for Montrachet and the Myriad Restaurant Group, before becoming the corporate Wine Director for the Dinex Group.
