During this session, we’ll be chatting with chef Enrique Olvera, owner of Cosme and one of the world’s most respected culinary stars. Chef Olvera’s flagship in Mexico City, Pujol, has been praised for its trailblazing and modest approach to Mexican cuisine. And Cosme focuses on Mexican flavors and traditions, while also celebrating local and seasonal ingredients from the Hudson Valley and surrounding region.
