Inside the Colab was inspired by Inside the Actor's Studio with James Lipton. It’s our stage for digging deep into the minds of industry vets and asking them the tough questions. During today’s session, we’ll be chatting with Daniel Holzman, Chef and Co-founder of The Meatball Shop. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Daniel has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the country, including Palladin, Napa, The Campton Place, Aqua, Jardinière, and Axe. Since debuting The Meatball Shop in the Lower East Side in 2010, Daniel has opened five more locations, co-authored a cookbook, and gained national attention for his wildfire success.
