Energizing Sun Salutations | Frank Wildermann
Sun salutations help create energy and warmth in the body, so it’s a great way to prepare yourself in the morning or an hour before a shift. The movement in this session led by Frank Wildermann will help activate the spine in all directions to help you create body awareness.
Frank Wildermann is a graduate of the 200-hour Yogamaya teacher training program, a graduate of the Equinox Fitness Training Institute, and holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Middelbury, VT. Frank is an Eagle Scout, jumps out of planes, has run the NYC Marathon twice, and watched the sun rise from the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
